I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but the quality is obvious. I'm coming from a badlands bino harness that has served me well, but has some issues. I like this whole recon system because of the modularity and ability to add what you need. For early season whitetail hunts especially, I'm going to eliminate the need for a pack because of what all I can carry in this rig. The thing that I like about the range finder pouch is how quiet it is. The fabric is quiet, my range finder easily slides in and out. It's not in the way when I draw my bow. I can return the rangefinder to the pouch without looking, and if I close it, it does so very quietly, instead of with a loud snap like some magnetic closure systems have. I'm very excited to hunt with the Recon system this fall!

Fits snuggly, magnetic close lid is convenient, and the lanyard is rhe cherry on top. Great addition to my Gunslinger 2. No more zippers or snaps to get my rangefinder out.

Works good with my leupold range finder. Wasn't sure if I would like the bungee tether but so im liking it

Very well made and perfect size, using it to hold a LiPo battery for amateur radio portable setup with the Recon Chest harness and the Multipack bag.
