It does what it’s supposed to but I’ve almost lost it every time I’ve worn it. The design doesn’t secure it well.

Everything was delived in time and looks very good

It is nice to have some extra protection from the weather. I felt I needed this fly as a "just in case" add on to my Fury rig. Overall I am pleased with it. The 4 out of 5 stars is just for the lack of a bungie or tightening cord around the opening of the storage pouch. However simple rubber band cured that little quirk. Regardless of that, it is a nice piece of gear.

Worked well to keep my binos dry in wet weather.

The rain fly itself is fine, but the little pouch it comes in is terrible. Its too small and doesn't tether the rain fly. The hole is also on the bottom of the pouch. If you clipped it outside the harness, it would just fall out.

Love the rain fly. I had a (likely unwarranted) concern about the fly falling out of the pouch while afield, so I stitched a small piece of bungee to the elastic band of the fly and inside of the pouch - the only improvement I could think of, IMO.

I purchased the Recon Rain Fly for another brand of chest pack- Hill People Gear. Unfortunately the Recon RF is too small to cover my HPG chest pack. So I am not using it for what I intended.
Other than that the quality looks well built.
I will see into using it on something smaller.

Bought this for an upcoming hunt. Fit is awesome. Looks like it will protect my items from the rain. Hopefully we won't have to use it but I got it just in case!

So light weight, I forget it’s on me. The material is strong.

Good size and build quality. The color does not match the rest of the Recon System (a few shades darker brown), but it does keep things dry!

Definitely recommend to protect your harness and gear!

A good product and good materials

A simple little cover to do what needs to be done.... Can't go wrong with it.... A little tricky getting it back into its little pouch, but can be done... Packing parachutes was a tad bit easier HA HA Just fold, roll, and stuff... You'll be fine...

Usage is quick and simple.

Recon and rain fly both returned. Recon did not have a comfortable width / adjustment for my neck and shoulders. Regretfully had to return.
