I have replaced my wallet chain with the Recon Rangefinder Lanyard, and will not go back to that long heavy chain that always snags on sh*t. It's a perfect alternative application of this product!

These things are handy! I work at height so they’re great for securing small tools.

The ability to use the aligator clip and quickly detach my range finder to I can mount it on my tripod is what I needed. The elastic stretch of the cord is comfortable and still feels secure. Overall, always impressed by Eberlestock products.

Saved my Leupold range finder many times. If you are a runner hunter (changing positions rapidly to get the best shot) it’s a must. I know that’s not the technical term. Me and my son call it that. I had an older Muddy brand lanyard that only lasted a total of 6 days in Alaska. This one has been very good so far. Saved the range finder during 2 Hog Heli Hunts of hard use. Plus some pig hunts in Texas and Tennessee. I will always buy from Eberlestock whenever I can. It’s tough insurance under $20 for an $800 piece of equipment.

It's a little short. Some added length would allow use of optic without tension and /or it would make it more versatile. The male female buckles like used on the recon would be better in my case... It's a little tricky to get it disconnected with the little buckles...I love the snap clip though...

I like the quality of the products and they seem to be very durable. I’ve only used them a couple of times here in Florida and they seem to be breathable as well.

Works as it should seems robust

Recon bino harness with RF pouch/bear spray/spare pouch under bino and hand warmer sleeve all fit great and function as they should. Harness wears comfortable and worth the $.
