The McCall Down Vest is built for versatility. It’s sized to fit over your base and mid-layers while staying compact enough to accommodate a rain shell over the top. This sleeveless design strikes a perfect balance between insulative power and enhanced flexibility in the field or during casual wear around the house.
The outer 20D DWR-treated fabric keeps feathers in and moisture out. Paired with a lofty 850 FP Granger DWR-treated down, this vest will keep you warm and dry during low and mid-levels of activity in the field. Graphene filled side panels maintain loft and enhance thermal conductivity, keeping you comfortable when temperatures swing throughout the day.
Customize the fit with a two-point cinch cord inside the waist. The McCall Down Vest self-stows in its own right-hand pocket, ensuring quick, compact storage on the go.

Sleeve:
With elbow at 90 degrees, measure from the center of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, around your elbow to the middle of the back of your hand.
Chest:
With arms in a relaxed position at sides, measure circumference around the fullet part of your chest.
Waist:
Measure circumference around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hip:
Measure circumference atound the fullest point of your hip / seat.
Inseam:
Measure from your crotch to the point of your ankle bone.

I bought this for a layer to keep my core warm when I wanted to wear just a long sleeve shirt or a light wind/rain breaker over it. It's light weight and packability provides a lot of flexibility. I also wanted the black hoodless jacket, but they sold out of it before I could snatch it up while it was on sale.

The puffy vest is well insulated and super light. I used it recently fly fishing and it worked really well for the cold morning. Zipper pockets great for securing items.
