This is a must have if you want to add rigidity to a soft / framless backpack.

Fits the Eberlestock Transformer and keeps my stuff from gouging me in the back.

Fit and functions very good snug which is good cause you don’t want it moving around when it’s on your back. I was still able to use the gun scabbard, even though the back plate has a contour to it good for a smaller shotgun or a smaller rifle a larger rifle would probably fit very snug. Be difficult to get it in and out, but everything I have purchased so far is a very good quality and will probably last me the rest of my life. Everly Stock equipment is the best.

Purchased an AG2L to go with my Little Brother pack, this frame definitely makes the bag easier to shoulder. I find it creates pressure across my shoulder blades, though I think it's slight enough to be tolerable when carrying the pack. The curve in the frame is perfect for the rounding of your back when bending over, and the pack absolutely distributes load better when the bag's not behaving like a WWII duffle.

Giving it 4 stars because I believe it should have came with the pack and not be a side purchase.
