Replaced the hip belt on my Team Elk V2 pack with this one. Took an already good pack to great! Hiked many miles with this set up on a recent elk hunt and was comfortable the whole time.

I had the original mainframe hip belt, this is a big upgrade. Longer, wider, and more padding. It is also a bit more rigid of a material. Comfortable, but much more supportive than the original. Great upgrade if you are looking to improve the comfort under heavy load.

Game changer for my Scout pack. Extremely comfortable fit. Looking forward to using is as my primary day pack.

I bought this for my Freefall for my day hikes with gear. Another customer said "like being hugged by a cloud". Yeah, that sums up the comfort pretty well. What I like about this over the standard/Freefall belt is the stiffer outer "shell" that prevents sagging, plus the mesh helps. I live in the desert and airflow matters. BTW, the Freefall tunnel leaves about an inch of up/down adjustment so you can sit this where it feels best.

Needed something better for my Main Frame I. The original standard belt was quite thin (little padding) and I would avoid using the pack due to lack of the finally included forward-pull feature for cinching the belt tight on my skinny hips. Thanks E-Stock, finally.

Purchased for my Brute scout backpack, swapped it into my FreeFall. It fits the FreeFall and allows me to run molle pouches i already own. Take note: this is thick and comfy- medium bulky. It is a definite upgrade over any military waist belt like an alice or molle bag. Would definitely recommend.
