1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in the Event is entirely voluntary. I choose to participate in my own free will and accept full responsibility for my participation.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in a ruck event, hike, walk, fitness activity, or outdoor recreational activity involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death. Such risks include slips, trips, falls, collisions, uneven terrain, extreme weather exposure, dehydration, physical fatigue, and weighted pack injuries. I knowingly assume all risks.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Eberlestock, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and sponsors from any and all claims arising from ordinary negligence or my participation in the Event.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization

In a medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. I am solely responsible for all incurred medical expenses.

5. Physical Condition

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the Event and have no known medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

6. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines. All participants under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout the Event.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of my actions or participation.

8. Media Release

I grant Eberlestock permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, and marketing materials without compensation.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.

10. Acknowledgment

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring legal claims for injuries or damages.
