Replaced broken buckle on dragonfly pack

Not exact fit with my 14 year old Dragonfly so I had to replace the entire buckle instead of just the broken side but the process was easy and the fit excellent.

Just right!

I broke the main waist belt buckle last month on a Stone Hunt in B.C. The spare buckle set worked great for a replacement. The set will be packed with all other essentials on every hunt in the future.

OEM Pack Buckles

Buckles are the same on all my Eberlestock Packs. Haven't had any issues, just like to carry spares. Not the only one who has an Eb. Pack.

Incomplete buckle set

I would give a better review, but you would sure think that a replacement buckle kit would include the sternum strap buckles as well?

Great Buckles A Fire

The buckles were great but they were the wrong size for what I needed. I always can use extra buckles for replacements so I am going to keep them.

You never realized the importance of buckles until they are gone.

Some how I lost the the buckle to my sternum strap and didn’t realize it until I was leaving the truck on a 3 mile hike. He struggles was REAL. After battling with the sagging pack straps that day I had to find the replacements as soon as I reached cell reception. The replacement kit saved the day

what I needed, but more

I ordered a full package of replacement buckles because individual ones weren’t available. I would have preferred to order just what I needed.

Awesome customer service!

I have an X2 pack that I’ve used hard for 10 years and it has been bulletproof. A buckle finally broke this year so I contacted Eberlestock’s customer service team and found out that particular buckle was no longer used. However they quickly found a solution, dropped it in the mail at no cost and I’m back in business. Just another reason why Eberlestock is such a top notch company!!
