These buckles make attaching my EDC bag, F7 Kite, to a frame for when I need to haul camping gear for the kids, or wrap the kite around a dry bag for when we take them to the river.

Works great on the f1 mainframe, robust buckle. Will purchase again.

I purchased a mainframe and a transformer pack years ago. Over time I eventually lost/misplaced the frame straps. The system was purchased when they came with the old stealth clips.
The 6 pack field repair buckle kit, upgraded and got me back to 100 again. Im certain I’ll get many more years out of the mainframe. Its an easy , no-brainer fix.

Easy to use , just like i wanted , it’s an addition to clip my Vapor 5000 over a quarter of animal on my F-1 with out sacrificing the compression feature of the Vapor.

Ordered these buckles to replace the buckles on a transformer pack to match up with the new buckles on the mainframe. Worked great.

This is a great option in lieu of removing the buckles from your vapor to enable you to utilize the double buckle system in securing meat or other shifty items that are heavy.

Great fix for my broken buckle and a great kit to take into the field for emergency repairs without having to sew any straps.

Nice to have spare parts and the buckles are the same great quality that came with my mainframe pack.

I bought a half dozen of these field repair buckles to add onto my F1 mainframe. That way I can strap meat and a Vapour bag down at the same time directly to the frame. I was happy to get it in the dry earth colour to match up nicely. They are a little noisy and shiny like most buckle sets. I remedied that with some camo hockey stick tape in just the right spots. Getting the female buckles onto the mainframe loops was a heck of a chore. It took me over an hour to get all 6 attached using needle nose pliers, and it was a miracle that I didn’t slice my hand open doing it. Don’t even think about doing this with cold, wet or arthritic hands in the field. Do it in your living room under good light well before your hunt. Personally, I would prefer to see a double pin buckle set from Eberlestock, but of course, you would need the right screwdriver with you.

Only problem is that the replacements don’t work with the original buckles. I had to modify one of the ends to fit with existing end still on the pace. I just expected them to be the same part.

Perfect for expedited field repair of strap buckle and snap-ends. This kit will also facilitate additional strap points on molle gear. Next step for this kit is to add some tri-glides.

I bought the buckles for my alice bag, best 12$ I've spent on a mod or uografe..

I used these to replace the metal adjusters on the two main straps on my medium ALICE pack. Cut the originals off, and these fit right on.

Purchased there’s to take into the field so have yet to need them.
Seem to be robust.

Tough and easy to use.

Work well as designed. Really need the locks on buckle to keep tensioned but that’s the buckle design.
