How do I know when something is going to be back in stock?

In order to be notified when an item is back in stock simply go to the product page on the website for that item and click the “Sign up for Back in Stock Notifications” tab.

How do I return an item for a refund or for an exchange?

Please send an email to customerservice@eberlestock.com. Include your name and order number in your request and they will issue you a return authorization number with the instructions to conduct the return or exchange. 

What is the Eberlestock Warranty Policy?

All Eberlestock products are guaranteed for the lifetime of the gear . That being said, if you treat your gear with care it should last forever. If any issues arise with your Eberlestock product just email a photo of the damage to our customer service team - customerservice@eberlestock.com they will have the repair team evaluate the photo before getting back to you with a Return Authorization number and return form to get it sent in for repair. If the damage is from normal wear and tear then it will be covered under the warranty. If the damage is from negligence or abuse then we will not be able to cover your repair under the warranty, but we will do our best to fix it for a repair fee.

Broken or replacement buckles?

If you have a broken buckle we will replace it as long as your pack is within a year from the purchase date. A lot can happen to buckles throughout the lifetime of a backpack such as shutting them in car doors, stepping on them, etc...So if you happen to break a buckle we sell replacement buckles on the website. We also have field repair style buckles for the ones that might be sewn into the pack.

What are the main differences between the F1 Main Frame and The M1 Carrier Frame?

The Mainframe Pack has a meat shelf along with three horizontal compression straps whereas the Carrier Frame Pack does not have a meat shelf and it includes a utility panel.

Is my pack compatible with the Mainframe Pack or Carrier Frame Pack?

Does Eberlestock offer Military or LE discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% Military, LEO, Veteran, First Responder, and Government discount.


Start by going to eberlestock.com and creating an account. Then email customerservice@eberlestock.com with the email address used to set up the account and something to prove your status (photo of Military ID or LE ID). We will then activate the account with a 10% discount and email you the discount code to use at checkout.

How do I wash my Eberlestock pack?

Submerge or hose down your pack in water and hand wash, be careful with high pressure hoses and pressure washers. Let the pack hang dry and avoid using heat to dry the pack.

Stay away from strong soaps and fabric softeners.

How do you fix a sticky zipper?

Use silicone lubricant on both sides of the zipper and zipper car, if zipper continues to have problems please email customerservice@eberlestock.com with pictures of your pack.
