The Mission EMOD System is built on the foundation of the Mission Frame. It offers a durable, versatile and compact base to a modular system. The Frame is designed to integrate a series of packs and accessories which can be attached using a combination of zippers, buckles, or oval tri-glides to build the optimal configuration, quickly scaled up or down as dictated by the situation or personal preference.

Lined with MOLLE webbing and 15" #10 YKK Vislon zipper attachment points, the Mission Frame can be coupled with our Mission Assault Pack, Mission Medic Pack, or any number of MOLLE compatible accessories for greater storage or compartmentalization.

Our Mission Wings, Mission Lid, Mission Load Panel, Tactical Scabbard, and Rip-Away Medical Pouches all integrate with the system to allow for enhanced weapons carry and further customization.

Mission EMOD

What a great frame, used the frame as a base for mounting a large dry bag too and it works perfectly. Tons of attachment points, sturdy material and really comfortable for the weight. The modular system is something I didn't think I would find in the backpack world, but I'm so glad I stumbled across this system. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to build a customized system off of this frame, or use one of the many packs that quickly attach to this frame.

Comfortable frame, not sure any of there rest of the Mission EMOD system makes sense without one

While Eberlestock advertises the Frame as being designed to be worn over plate carriers, I've found it to be an extremely comfortable frame when worn without a plate carrier. The frame is sturdy and rigid and distributes weight extremely well. My experience has been that getting up to about 45lbs of load onto it remained comfortable most of the day, and that up to about 60lbs of load was doable for a few hours at least even if I wouldn't want to do that all day.

The rest of the Mission EMOD accessories also all attach to the frame, not to each other. I'm not sure, for instance, how you'd hook up the Lid or the Wings to any other items in the line, so if you're getting more than just a Medic or Assault Pack, the Frame is a must-have. That said, I'd recommend the frame anyway, even if you were just getting a single pack with it because it's comfortable and manages not to be too unwieldy.

Mission EMOD

Serving in the infantry this is way better than the issued rucks they give. Allowing me to modify the pack to what is needed for the training is exactly what I was looking for. The frame is built great and comfortable along with the attachments are strong and secured so nothing is coming apart. The space inside is much larger than I thought allowing everything to be carried easily.

Highly recommend this product!

Mission EMOD

I recently purchased the current entire lineup of Mission EMOD. I found that I could easily fill this pack with far more than I could carry. The main portion of the pack has a large space that I was able to pack several MRE's, a large poncho, fleese liner for the poncho, jetboil, small sleeping bag, and clothes for 2 days. In the wings I put a 3L bladder in each, on one side I put a gravity water purification kit, the other has a fire kit. On the inner pocket on one side is a mini tripod, the other has a compact tarp. In the lid I was able to fit several maps and other navigation equipment, in the other pouch I put a hygene kit and a weapons cleaning kit. Needless to say it holds alot and seems to be durable. My only reason for the 4 stars is due to a lack of personal field testing. Anyone interested in this pack should know it integrates flawlessly with a plate carrier. My only complaint is due to the missing load shelf, it does tend to pull back and down a bit more than my Mainframe does when loaded. Leading me to turn this pack from a 3 day, into just a 24 hour pack to keep it lighter. I will be putting this pack to the test in the field soon. Curious to see how it holds up. Side note, the wings are a nightmare to install, once you figure out the trick to it. Very simple.
